The Economics Finance Society (EFS) is a student run organisation whose goal is to Inform, Inspire and Incorporate its members into the real world. EFS focuses on four key initiatives: Networking, Professional Development, Academic Interest and the Investment Club.
\\ Mission
The Economics Finance Society informs, inspires and incorporates its members into the real world. Through professional workshops, extensive networking events and seminars conducted, EFS positions its members effectively for future employment. The society’s corporate partners are also given the opportunity to promote their organisation, shape students and recruit new talent.
\\ Awards
Since being established in 2007, EFS has received numerous accolades and generated overwhemlingly positive feedback. Most notably being awarded:
- QUT Student Guild 2008 Club of the Year
- QUT Student Guild 2008 Club of the Year
- QUT Student Guild 2007 Most Active Club
