FasTrack 2010
Fastrack was the flagship event for Semester 2, 2010. The objective of the event was to provide students with the opportunity to meet prospective employers and industry representatives and to establish lasting networks.
Fastrack received a strong turnout of both representatives and students. Representatives from Deloitte, NAB, Queensland Treasury, CPA, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Arete Executive, QIC, Urban Economics, QUT’s School of Economics and Finance school and many more attended.
A diverse range of students were represented with majors in economics, finance, accounting, law, IT, public relations, journalism, marketing, international business, management and psychology all being present. FasTrack was also able to attract fellow students from both Griffith University and The University of Queensland.
Special thanks go to Professor Tim Robinson (head of QUT’s School of Economics and Finance) and Richard Triggs of Arete Executive who both gave informative and engaging speeches on the value and benefit of networking.
EFS would like to thank all students and corporate representatives who attended and made FasTrack theflagship networking event for 2010.
