Through professional workshops, extensive networking events and seminars conducted, EFS positions its members effectively for future employment. Professional Development
The EFS Professional Development Initiative is focused on enhancing the employabililty of students through events and workshops. The program is designed to assist students to gain the knowledge required to help them enter the workforce successfully before graduating.
This is primarily achieved through two methods: Networking and Workshops. Networking allows students build relationships with people within the industry they will soon be entering, while the workshops provide students with technical skills and techniques to succeed in gaining employment.
This initiative also provides a great opportunity for companies to promote themselves and instill knowledge and skills in future employees while they are still at university.
